Huge congratulations to Year 7 student, George Edworthy, who has been awarded 'Student of the Month' for March 2020.

It is always amazing when a Year 7 is awarded this accolade; to have made such a positive impression right at the beginning of his College life with us is absolutely brilliant. Definitely one to watch in the future! Congratulations from all of us at Newton Abbot College, George!

He has an excellent ability to use new vocabulary and structures in his writing, with a high level of accuracy and is one of only a handful of students in the year group to achieve full marks on every Spanish vocab test! He always shows a very positive attitude to learning and works brilliantly with other students. He has the makings of a very good linguist.”
